• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog(s) and preventing any damage.
  

• No smoking or vaping on the property.
• If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts safely and in designated containers.
  

• Treat the home as if it were your own.
• Report any damage or issues immediately.
• Do not move furniture without permission.
• No open flames indoors (candles, incense, etc.).
• Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and tidy during their stay
  

• Designated parking is provided
• Do not block driveway
• Street parking is available for oversized vehicles (RVs)

• Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for safety and insurance purposes.
• Lock doors and windows when leaving.
• Follow any posted safety notices 
• Zero tolerance for unsafe behavior or equipment - please refrain from engaging in any activities that may pose a risk to yourself and/or others
  

• Place all trash in provided bins
• Break down any boxes.
• Do not leave food or trash outside (to avoid attracting wildlife).
  

• Use at your own risk.
• Weather conditions can change rapidly - stay aware by checking weather and wind apps.
• No glass containers on the beach.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
  

• Wash used dishes or load them into the dishwasher and start it
• Take out trash.
• Lock windows, doors and sliding doors.
• Leave the property in a tidy condition.
  
  

By booking with us you acknowledge that you have read all rules and understand that violating these rules, occupants will forfeit their security deposit and may be evicted early with no refunds. Our priority is to maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests  

Liability Waiver and Release Statement
By booking and staying at this property, guests acknowledge and agree to the following:
        
The owner(s), manager(s), and associated entities of this property (hereafter referred to as "Host") shall not be held liable or responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur on or near the property during the guest’s stay. Guests assume all responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their group, including but not limited to injuries resulting from slips, trips, falls, or use of any amenities, equipment, or facilities on the property.
        
Guests also understand and agree that the property may have inherent risks due to its location, structure, and features, and it is the guest's responsibility to exercise caution and ensure their actions are safe at all times.
        
By booking this property, all guests and visitors waive, release, and hold harmless the Host from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with their stay.
        
This release of liability applies to all occupants and visitors to the property, and by staying at the property, all guests acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to this waiver.
